Holiday Cutout Board Designs

Design:

Allied Arts is seeking proposals for a Victorian Christmas Caroler Cutout Board with cutouts for four (4) faces. The design style is up to the artist (eg. traditional Victorian, steampunk, etc.). The artist of the jury-selected design will use acrylic on a canvas-backed board or directly on plywood to create the cutout board.

PURPOSE:

The cutout board will be displayed in the Gallery as a part of our Holiday Gift Show and during our Christmas Market. Visitors will be encouraged to take photos of themselves at no charge.

Award:

The artist of the selected design will receive $1,000! Allied Arts will provide the paint and cutout board.

DEADLINE:

Artists have until September 30th, 2024 to submit their design proposals. The artist of the selected design will have until November 30th to complete the cutout board.

Submission:

To submit your design proposal, email detailed color images of the proposed design (.jpg or .png) to info@galleryatthepark.org with the subject “Holiday Cutout Board.” There is no cost to apply.
